Brizy WP Single Content element issue

Adding the Single->Content element to a brizy template keeps duplicating garbled content from a different template. weird.

 

 

Also, is there a way to choose which page renders in the content element during edit mode?

It seems as if, when a user is making Brizy>templates they should first choose conditions and publish BEFORE editing the template with Brizy Builder... Because certain elements show up based on the conditions chosen.
