Issue with setting up Domain DNS

One of our clients is setting up some projects and domains and they put in the information correctly last week but it doesn't seem to be working. What might be the issue? Here is a scree shot of their dns as well as the projects they are trying to get working.

  Hi David,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  It appears that the DNS (Domain Name System) for this domain is currently managed by Webhostface - https://prnt.sc/tooH8MTmAsrs

  They may be adding the records in their domain registrar's DNS manager. 

  In order for the DNS records to be properly configured, they should be added in the Webhostface DNS manager. Alternatively, if Webhostface is using cPanel, they should add the DNS records in the Zone Manager within cPanel.
