Unable to cancel Cloud subscription

Hi

I'm trying to cancel my Brizy Agency Cloud subscription.

Went to "Accounts", then went to "Payments", then went to "Request Cancellation"

Nothing happens when clicking the "Request Cancellation" link.

Please advise.
