Popup issue

Hi Brizy Team

Im creating a custom template.

As you can see in the video below, if i click on the image when cookies have been accepted, popup gallery shows correctly.

If cookies arent accepted (or only required ones are accepted), popup does not display.

is it a cookiebot setting maybe?

  Hi,

  Yes, this issue could be from the cookies, can you please select from the cookies settings the Manual blockings of cookies, see here: https://jumpshare.com/v/sYClYZrPe9pMDtD2gclh, then please check if the issue still occurs.

  Hi,

  Sorry, please change from Manual to Automatic, it is recommended to have the Automatic mode.

  Cookie blocking is currently set to manual because automatic mode was causing an issue with google fonts not displaying (here is the topic https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/requests/22226 )
