Page deleted automatically
Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to check my message.
Last night, I realized that the home page had been deleted automatically on my WordPress, so I restored the homepage and set it as a "homepage" again. However, it didn't work. It shows a blog page as a homepage, not the one I designed with Brizy WordPress.
So, I deleted the most recently installed plugins and changed the WordPress theme if these were collapsing.
The previous theme I used: Twenty-Twenty
Now, switch to Twenty Twenty-Three

The plugins I deleted
Review schema (both free and pro), https://wordpress.org/plugins/review-schema/
Now, the home page and other pages show as normal now.
Here is my question.
Have you received a report from other users that their home page or other pages were automatically deleted?
A few days ago, I installed the Rank math plugin for both the free and paid version. I am not sure if this plugin is having an issue with Brizy.
Can you please check other messages from users if they have any issue with it?
Thanks

Hi Erin,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am afraid that this is the first time I've heard of this issue.
There are a few reasons why pages are being automatically deleted.
1. The pages may be deleted as part of an attack if your website has been compromised. Make sure your website is secure by using strong passwords, keeping your WordPress installation and plugins up to date, and regularly scanning your website for malware.
2. Sometimes, a plugin or theme conflict can cause unexpected behavior on a WordPress website. If you've recently installed or updated a plugin or theme, try turning it off to see if the problem goes away. So far, I haven't heard any similar issues about the Rank math plugin.
3. Some issues with your web hosting service can cause pages to be deleted. The issue could be due to database issues or file permissions. Check with your hosting company to see if they can help you identify any problems.
4. A user error is possible, as it is possible that pages are being accidentally deleted by someone with access to the WordPress dashboard. Make sure that all users who have access to your website are properly trained and aware of the consequences of deleting pages. Install a plugin like wp-audit-log (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/) that can track actions on your site.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
