  Hi Shin,

  This error is not frequent among Brizy Cloud users and suggests that something on your local computer/network is preventing access to the Brizy Cloud URL.

  1. Antivirus: If you have installed an antivirus software like AVG or McAfee on your computer, please disable it temporarily and check if you are able to upload images.
  2. Browser Extensions: If you are using an antivirus/ malware protection/ ad block browser extension, please disable it and check if you are able to upload images. Alternatively use another browser which does not have any extension
  3. Security software: If you have enabled security software like Microsoft Defender, please temporarily disable it and try again
  4. Internet Service Provider: Please temporarily switch to an alternate Internet Service Provider (ISP) like a WiFi using mobile hotspot and check if that makes a difference.
