Google Circumventing HACK - Is the Brizy platform likely to be causing issues?
Our Google Adwords account was today suspended for 'Circumventing Systems' as you can imagine this came as a shock! Why Brizy? because through all the research there are several elements we have been asked to investigate. Can Brizy provide info on the following:
- Is it possible to have Hacked hosting and/or domains within the Brizy ecosystem?
-
Is it possible that the DNS config or similar may be a contributor and aiding malicious perpetrators to cloak or undertaken URL redirecting?
-
I have checked for any malicious code injection and nothing has been found on any of the pages. Is there anywhere elese malicious code be injected to allow for cloaking or redirecting?
- Google has mentioned the possibility that the chosen CMS theme could be hacked - is this possible?
At the end of the day we cannot undertake further Adwords advertising as it appears something is causing the system to think we are flouting or circumventing the rules....this clearly we are not, have not, never plan to.
As you can imagine Google help is next to useless and we are left to defend ourselves without actually knowing the exact reason as to the suspension.
I'm reaching out as this stuff is well and truly over my head but asking these questions as they form part of the Google help files.

Hi Jose,
Unfortunately, this is the first time I have heard of this issue.
I kindly suggest that you contact Google Ads support for more information. They may be able to tell you what to do to address the problem and get back into your account.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Ariel H.
