    I completely deleted my webpages, I have no intention on designing anymore. I won’t need the subscription or have use for the service whatsoever.

    I am confused as I have submitted the reason I have chosen to cancel, over 5 times now trying to get this done. I had to submit the reason in order to ask to be canceled in the first place! It’s honestly concerning that your technology is apparently failing you in this regard.

    An area of improvement would probably best served in customer service considering this useless compounding hassle. Please cancel my subscription before I call up my credit card company with all of this documentation of ridiculousness.
