MAJOR PROBLEMS sending emails from CF7 with my provider Simply.com - just spent 6 days troubleshooting and they report that the problem is in the Brizy plugin...
After installing the Easy WP SMTP plugin, emails are no longer being sent to me from my contact form on my website.
Simply.com and I, through many tests and trials, have come to the conclusion that it has something to do with Brizy. Because when I turn off the Brizy plugin, it works.
Could you please look into it and get back to me ;-)

Please add a Gutenberg page and embed the CF7 form and check if the form can send out email notifications. If you are able to receive the form email notifications, please follow steps below to give this page a Brizy design.
In your WordPress Dashboard, under Brizy - Templates, add a new template. Select the display condition Include - Pages - Gutenberg page with CF7 form and click on 'Add' button. Publish the Template and edit the page with Brizy.
In the Brizy page, add the global header, a blank block and the global footer. Drag the Brizy Content element to the blank block. This will add the CF7 form to the Brizy page. Now save the page and test the form again.
