Cant conect the domain

Hi Emir,

In the screenshot you have attached above, you have entered your Name Server (NS) as novaprint.brizy.site. This is incorrect. Please use the default name servers of your registrar http://whois.dns.hr.

Once you update your Name Servers, please add the A Record and the CNAME records to your domain. You could refer to this article for more details https://manage.whois.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq471.html

Hi

I can have access to http://whois.dns.hr because its only for members of the academic and research community in the Republic of Croatia.

My domain provider has only NS and DS.

Im using brizycloud pro and i want to conect with my domain novaprint.hr how can i get dhe NS. I like the brizy cloud because its easy for building, but if i cant find the solution for conecting the domain than i have to cancel the subscription

Hi Emir,

The Name Server you have entered novaprint.brizy.site is incorrect. If Whois.com is your domain registrar, your correct Name Servers are

ns1.whois.com
ns2.whois.com

Please follow the steps in this article to update the Name Servers for your domain https://manage.whois.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq455.html

Once you update your Name Servers, please follow the procedure in this article to add A Record and the CNAME records https://artstorefrontssupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032520872-How-To-Set-Up-Your-Custom-WhoIs-com-Domain-Name

Hi Emir,

It appears that CARNET does not provide DNS servers. Probably they expect you to use an external DNS server to host your DNS records. I have added your domain name to Namecheap Free DNS server. I have also added the A Record and the CNAME Record in their Name Server.

I also tried adding the below Name Servers to your domain.

freedns1.registrar-servers.com
freedns2.registrar-servers.com

However the Name Server details are not yet updated in your domain account. The access link you sent me does not seem to work anymore. Only after the Name Servers are updated in your domain account, you can use your custom domain with Brizy Cloud. Can you try adding the above two Name Servers and click on the button "Extend the Name Servers" in your domain account?

If you are unsure how to do this, please take the help of someone in CARNET to update the Name Servers.

Your domain registrar, Carnet, expects that you will set up an external DNS server, as I have indicated above. I have added the A Record and the CNAME Record for your domain, novaprint.hr, using the Namecheap.com's free DNS server. Please let me know in advance if you intend to carry out the same action using your Namecheap account. You can proceed to create the identical records using your account when I erase the domain from mine.
