Billing Issue
The original card that I was using to pay for brizy had been compromised so I finally received a replacement. I updated my billing details with my card and now brizy keeps charging my card repeatedly and I don’t have access to my brizy cloud reseller account. Can someone please fix this?

Can you please tell me the exact email and account with which you paid? on this email lloyd.....@promocues.com you don't have this information. Perhaps you have a few accounts, and emails.
