Error with license: Execution stopped. Attempt to save invalid project data.

I have a site where I get an error when trying to (re-)active a brizy pro license.

Execution stopped. Attempt to save invalid project data.

I tried removing brizy and brizy pro and adding it again.

I tried generating a completely new license, but this also fails.

Other things I have tried:

1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves. → still fails

2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away. → still fails

3. Also, try raising the PHP memory limit to at least 256MB or higher. → still fails

I see others that have had this issue and this needs to be solved with a private ticket. I look forward to receiving support for this.
