I'm having problems with adding images in Brizy Cloud - it just states upload cancelled - is there a fix?
Every time I try to edit and add images to any of my Brizy Cloud website, I have come across this problem.
I've been using the blocks and wanted to add more information, with images to illustrate the text. I maanged to change one image only on my home page, but all the other images on the home page, and other pages, have com uo with the 'file upload cancelled', with not further explanation.
Please could you advise me about what is wrong. Is there a size limit to the file? Is there an ideal file size? I'm getting very frustrated as I feel like I keep hitting a brick wall, and cannot improve the look of my website or add additional information, etc.

Can you please specify your Project Name and your Preview URL? We will take a look at your project.

Meanwhile, please confirm if you have any security software running in the background, if this is the case, please add your website URL to the exception list or temporarily disable it and see if this will help address the issue. Also, try using an alternate browser and see if this makes any difference.

I had this problem... it just seemed to resolve itself a few hours later with no additional effort on my end. I did reach out to support and they successfully posted an image on the site, a few hours later when I reattempted it worked.
