Global block issue

Hi,

 

I'm using brizy cloud.

I'm trying to make a block global but I'm not able to turn the block into global.

I've found the toggle button to make the block global, but then the prompt turn indefinitely without validating and if I update the page it does take the toggle into account.

I've tried with different zone, same result.

Help!!!!

  Hi Bertrand,

  Does this issue happen only on one of your projects? If so, please specify the preview URL of your project and the Project Name in your Brizy Cloud Dashboard. We will check your project.

  Strangely enough. I can't make a block global, but my integrator could. So I'm gonna let this ticket open until he finishes integration and will test again (we can't be 2 at the same time on brizy cloud).

  For the record I'm talking about this website

  http://tothetop.io

  and it's named ToTheTop202302 on brizy cloud.

  Thanks for not testing right now cause my integrator is rushing to finish and Brizy cloud does not seem to work well when 2 person connect.
