Brizy pro lifetime

hi there, I have the Brizy pro lifetime deal. I had a custom domain connected to one of my cloud websites and I wanted to change the domain name so disconnected the domain, then I realised I couldn't add a custom domain without upgrading... can someone please explain what happened?

  Hi Susan,

  On August 29, 2020, you purchased the Brizy Pro Lifetime deal. This purchase provided you with two years of free access to unlimited custom domains with Brizy Cloud until August 29, 2022. During this two-year period, you must have added the custom domain. When your complimentary Brizy Cloud subscription expired on August 29, 2022, your custom domain continued to function until you removed it.

  You do not currently have an active Brizy Cloud subscription. As a result, an upgrade is required.
