    Hi Julius,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I have arranged a staging site to reproduce this issue.
    Please try the below link.

    You may use the following credentials to try it out.

    As you can see, I am unable to reproduce the issue on this staging site.
    Brizy and Brizy Pro works with ARMember Lite plugin.
    These are the current active plugins - https://prnt.sc/RpiL_DlTIyju

    This issue could be a conflict originating from another plugin or your theme.
    Try disabling other plugins besides Brizy, Brizy Pro, and ARMember to isolate the issue. See if the issue occurs. 

    If the issue does not occur, you can isolate the issue by gradually enabling the rest of the plugins until the issue will re-occur. This will help you determine which plugin is causing the issue.

    If the above doesn't work, please try using another theme to see if this issue is coming from your current theme.

    Hi Ariel,

    Thanks for following up so quickly to my issue. 

     

    Yesterday, I disabled all plugins and then enabled each plugin, 1 by 1 everything worked until I activated Brizy/Brizy Pro.  Once I enabled Brizy and Brizy Pro the issue starts again.  Is it possible for you to access the client's site so you can see the issue.  

    I just really would like to have the issue resolved.

    Don't forget to make a full backup of your site as a precaution.

    In the meantime, please also check if you have the most recent version of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
