Affiliate WP Portal Not Working

Hi there,

I have been using a third party plugin for my affiliates called Affiliate WP. However the dashboard for it doesn't load correctly and by turning the Brizy plugin off it works fine. I contacted them about this issue and they said to talk to you guys about it. It is the sidebar in the affiliate portal that doesn't display correctly.

  Unfortunately, we can't guarantee full compatibility with Brizy, but we're more than happy to dig into the problem and explore potential solutions.

  Would you mind sharing a quick screencast showcasing the problem? Also, would you kindly give us some details about the layout you're aiming for with the plugin? This will give us a clearer picture of the issue.

  Hi Benjamin,

  You had mentioned that the Affiliate WP dashboard doesn't load correctly when Brizy is activated and when deactivating Brizy plugin it works fine.

  In your above example, you are comparing screenshots from your project with an external project. Can you share with us two screenshots from your project, one with and another without Brizy activated so that we can see the difference?

  Hi Benjamin,

  Unfortunately we could not reproduce the issue at our end since Affiliate WP does not offer a trial/free version. 

  Based on your experience, it is very likely that Affiliate WP and Brizy are incompatible. To use both plugins on the same project, you may need to setup the Affiliate Portal on a sub domain and setup all other pages on the main domain. Here is an example. The main pages of https://elfsight.com/ are available on this domain; whereas when a user logs in, they get redirected to the sub domain https://dash.elfsight.com/

  Hello Will,

  Without purchasing an annual plan, we can't verify compatibility with AffiliateWP.  Therefore, we are still unsure whether Brizy and AffiliateWP are compatible.
