Brizy Library Sync

Good morning Brizy team!

Ever since I use Brizy I have an issue with the library sync option. I use Brizy for WordPress.

Over time I have saved several blocks and layouts to the library but every time I open it on a different website, I see different results and often many results are gone. I connect the same email and password and click to "sync now" but they just aren't there. I heard other people use this tool to build faster across websites but for me that simply doesn't work. And I though it was a general problem but recently it came to my attention that other users don't have the same problem, so I would like to check with you. 

Here's an example from login in to 2 of my websites. But if I login to all, you'll see different results for them all as well:

  Hi Sofia,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  We've had this problem with some users having an older version of PHP. If this is the case, please try updating your PHP version to version 8 and see if this helps.
