Brizy Pro access prevented on live site

Hi Team,

I purchased a Brizy Pro license on July 12th for our website. During the developmental phase, we successfully activated the license for staging.prazna.ai. However, now that our site is live in the production environment, we've encountered a warning indicating that Brizy Pro is not activated for the www.prazna.ai site. This situation prevents us from accessing any of the pro features on the live site.

Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue is highly appreciated. We are looking forward to your help in rectifying this error so that we can begin utilizing Brizy Pro on our production site without further delay.

  Hi Vikram,

  Brizy Pro can be used on a single domain with your subscription plan. The same license key should be usable on both the production and staging servers.

  Please login in to your brizy.io account and disable access for the domain prazna.wpengine.com by clicking the 'disable' option next to it under the 'WP Licenses' tab. Then, in your production server (www.prazna.ai), add the license key to Brizy Pro.
