I have a brizy cloud layout and saved blocks BUT not displaying in WP Plugin when synced

I have built layouts I like in Brizy Cloud, I would like to access these now in my wordpress site. I have exported the html, but when trying to import a layout in brizy plugin I get 'Something is wrong'.

When I log in to sync my cloud with the plugin - none of my cloud work appears.

Is this because I do not have brizy pro on wordpress anymore?

Or is there another issue?

I would like to get my brizy cloud layout to appear in brizy wordpress.

Please consider both parts of the question.
1. Why is my exported html from cloud not importing in brizy plugin - gives an error. I see a note that says import by FTP, but no clarity where which folder it would be.

2. Why does the plugin not sync and allow me to access the cloud layout - this would be a lot easier.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  ---- You were receiving an error because this option will import your pages as static HTML pages, which doesn't work with WordPress. This requires FTP access, so you can upload the HTML files into your server.

  2. Why does the plugin not sync and allow me to access the cloud layout - this would be a lot easier?
