2 Issues : All text underlined and the menu crushed?

Hi,

I've found one of my ongoing operating wordpress (brizy pro) website occurs 2 issues:

The first thing is, all the word content (see attached) become all underlined without any edit and changes. I tried to un-underline it in the web-builder but realise that they are defined as not-underlined (but it still appear as underlined). How could I fix it and avoid any big changes to the website since it is already a finished product?

The second thing is, one of my page as seen in this attached screen, the menu block at the top become not working. I tried to remake the block again and the same error code still happens, may I know how to fix it?
