Setting up Reseller

Hi! We've had the Reseller license for Cloud for a few years now... and never got around to setting it up. We've just been too busy with existing business.

I finally have someone on my team who can manage the account with clients. We'd like to do the setup with a custom domain, white labeled, via the API integration.

How should we proceed?
