Hi, I've updated my website but all the images don't load when I publish it

I've updated my website and I've downloaded in Zip format to upload it on my hosting (I use Brizy Cloud).

When I test it I see every image is lost....the website doesn't load all the images.

I've tried to make a test removing one image and uploading it again and then publish the site again...same issue even on that image.

The hosting support says it's everything ok on their end.

Can someone help me please?

  Hi Federico,

  You had setup the above project before Feb 2021 and hence your project uses the older Brizy Cloud project format. The HTML Export feature does not work well with the older projects.

  To fix this issue, the project needs to be recreated in the current Brizy Cloud project format. I have recreated three pages from the above project to a new project  ElenaCappelliniArt 2 in your Brizy Cloud Dashboard. The preview URL of the newly created project is https://nectarine17803580.brizy.site/

   

  Please generate the Export HTML ZIP file from this new project and check if the images work well in preview. If it does, please recreate the remaining three pages in the new project. You will have to save each page as a layout in the original project and add a new page in the new project and import the newly saved layout into the page. Once you import the remaining three pages, please also add these pages to your menu.
