Some projects disappeared for unknown reasons (cloud)

Today I visit my website at
https://webtricks.brizy.site/ get the result "Project not configured"
what happen.
Some strange projects appear grayed out and can't be accessed (They have weird names, no subdomains and can't fix the project. I think the old projects have something wrong)
My website at webcode24h.com is similar
is cloud storage safe, i don't have any backup

  What are the causes ?
  How can I restore other projects, I can't remember the subdomains

  Can you send an invitation to account webcode24h@gmail.com ? (set up manager)
  To check if the same issue occurs with your cloud account.
  I'm having trouble sending the invite and accepting it. The error occurred right after I did this so maybe this is a clue to investigate the problem.

  Thanks. Everything seems normal. My problem is weird.
  Can I create a free account and use the clone link function to Duplicate my projects as a backup ?
  Is it possible to move "Duplicate projects" from my free account to my pro account?

  Hi Vantrinh,

  Yes; you can clone your Pro projects to a free account using the clone link. To restore from the backup, you can Enable Project Cloning  in your project in the free account and clone it to your Pro account.
