Problem loading page
Hello there!
I am experiencing an issue with my website. Specifically, there are gaps in the photos when the pages are loaded on a mobile device. However, when I attempt to address the issue using the Brizy Builder, there do not appear to be any discernible problems to fix.
I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
George

Hi Georgios,
Thank you for contacting us.
Would it be possible for you to share the URL of your site with us for inspection? If you'd rather maintain privacy, rest assured that we won't show it in this support thread.
Furthermore, could you kindly confirm whether you've attempted to modify the padding and margins within the mobile editing view, as demonstrated in this example—https://i.imgur.com/jgweb5l.png?
I am looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

Hello Ariel,
Thank you for your prompt response. No problem to share, especially if it becomes a showcase part of Brizy!
You can find the website at the following URL: https://georgeandjohnie.com/. Also, please find attached a photo from my mobile where the problem appears the most. I want to mention that this is my marriage website, so it holds special importance to me!
The issue I am encountering is most prominent when viewing the site from my mobile device, where the problem is quite significant. When viewed on a tablet, the problem is still present but less severe. What is particularly perplexing is that when I attempt to rectify the issue using the builder, everything appears normal, and there seems to be nothing to fix.
I also want to highlight that this problem did not manifest immediately. It appeared months after the website was built, which adds to my confusion. I tried to deactivate plug-ins to test if the problem was solved, but nothing happened.
Your guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated, as I am committed to ensuring that all visitors to the site have a seamless experience, regardless of the device they are using.
Thank you once again, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards, Georgios

Hi Georgios,
Thanks for the update.
I'm having trouble accessing your website - https://i.imgur.com/nCpwp75.png - for some reason.
It looks like you might have added the Animated Parallax effect to the background image. Unfortunately, we're still working on fixing a problem with this.
As a temporary solution, I recommend considering either utilizing the Fixed Parallax effect or temporarily disabling the parallax feature until a solution is implemented to fix this issue.
I kindly request you to give this a try and let me know how it goes. I am hopeful that your website will be fully operational in time for your wedding day.
Best regards,

Dear Ariel,
Thank you for your prompt response.
I have followed your recommendation and temporarily disabled the parallax feature as you suggested. After making this change, everything appears to be working fine on my end.
I am, however, a bit puzzled as to why you are unable to view my website. Could this be a browser-specific issue, or might there be something else that's blocking access on your end?
Your assistance has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate it. I hope we can resolve this final issue soon.
Best regards,
Georgios

Hi Georgios,
Thank you for the update.
I'm glad that it's now working fine on your end.
It appears that the issue was related to my Internet Service Provider. However, I have resolved the problem by accessing your site using a VPN.
Best regards,
