Code injection>Header in 2 code

Hello,

Currently, two codes (wisernotify, Gravitec) are inserted in Code injection>Header as shown in the picture below.

However, the data sent to wisernotify is missing 1 out of 2 times.

1. Is it ok that 2 different code(Pixel) in one Header?

2. Is this caused by two codes interfering with each other?

3. Each maker told me to put their code in the Header, so I put it in the Header, and as a result, the two codes were together..
Is there a way to separate it and put it somewhere else?

  Hi

  Ideally you can add multiple pieces of code in the Header or in the Footer. The issue you are facing could be due a conflict between the two codes or between the code you have entered and Brizy.

  Please try moving either Wisernotify or Gravitec code to the Footer and see if that helps. If you continue to have the problem, you may need to look for an alternate service provider, whose code you can try.
