    i don't get it? I'd like to be able to fix this when it happens so i don't have to wait so long for it to be done. Is there a way i can fix it

    Hi Zach,

    I could not understand the reason why the background images are not visible in the hero blocks of some pages whereas it is visible in the block below it. Have you tried reuploading the background images?

    To fix the issue, I duplicated the block (below the hero) where the background is working fine, deleted its content and transferred content from the hero block to the duplicated block.

    what do i do about images in custom asset element? they never work correctly when using custom and you cant use original for that or they won't be even. Do i have to resize the image and add another image to the asset? I don't get it. 

    And what are the optimal sizes for images? is there a post about this? i just want to make a bunch of the same image because it seems like i have to go back and do it later anyway.

    I've looked everywhere but the support section in brizy is such a mess. Its hard to find anything youre looking for and it takes forever to find what youre trying to.

    Plus if i have to ask a question then i have to quit working on what i'm doing and wait for a response which is a pain

    Hi Zach,

    We apologize for the inconveniences you have had with using Brizy Cloud. 

    When you select custom size for dynamic images, usually you don't have to resize images. However since all images in a listing page share the same image aspect ratio, uploading images of the same height/width ratio is useful. This helps avoid parts of the image getting cropped.

    I have looked at the resources listed at https://www.writingyourownstory.com/en/resources  All images appear displaying well.

     

    If you are resizing images on the Brizy Posts/Assets element, images may not display well in the editor temporarily. After resizing images in the editor, you may want to check the preview to confirm if images work fine.

    yea because on that page i've put them on original. but obviously you can see in my screenshot above custom never works right. So i have to go change every single image?

    You have included a screenshot; but it does not help in troubleshooting. If you are still facing this problem, please share a URL so that I can check it.
