    Hi Glen,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To resolve the issue, could you please attempt to publish it again and verify from Project Settings → Pages → Select your new homepage, ensuring that the status is set to "published"? You can find a step-by-step demonstration in this screencast: https://youtu.be/Gb9ICia5nm8

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

So I got that part fixed but only by creating a menu and assigning the "homepage" to my new homepage of which there is now only one page.

But there's a new problem... the nav links are anchors to sections on the page but they don't work. they are adding the "#" in the url and that is NOT how thats supposed to work. It's a glitch. Ive made numerous sites and I know how to make them. can someone please take a look. the nav bar isn't working with my anchors

I realized i had wrongly worded what I had said I got it working. For some reason the top nav wasn't clicking even though I had the anchors set up for the various sections. So weird

    Hi Glen,

Looks like the you could fix the issues with your menu anchor links. If you still need help, please let us know.

Sorry but this doesn't help. There is no option for "select your homepage". I've republished this like 100 times. There is a glitch.

Ok I got that part working only by creating a menu item for the homepage. thats crazy.
However, now my top nav doesn't work. It's set up correctly. I have added the "#" before the anchor name but the live site doesn't work properly. it doesn't work when clicked. when hovering its showing the "#" and this is wrong. That is supposed to be hidden. I've built lots of websites and know how this works. But for some reason now it won't work on this site.

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. I can not get it to work.

    Hi Glen,

I am unable to understand the issue you are facing with https://www.16peaks.com/ The homepage appears published and the menu anchor links appear working. Please watch this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/kxMoYy7w

After seeing the above screen recording, please get back to us.
