Error in News post: ">

Hi, 

I have a error in my news post. My dynamic text gets inserted above my header. Maybe because my client is using those characters „“ ? Please help me out here.

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Can you please check if you are using the latest Brizy Free 2.4.15  and Pro versions 2.4.14 ? Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro) and check if the problem still occurs? To identify which plugin is faulty, reactivate them one by one until the error reoccurs.

  The active theme can also trigger the error of WordPress images not displaying. Please download a different theme, such as “Twenty Twenty” and check again the issue.

  thanks for you response but I'm using Brizy Cloud so I guess your advise doesn't apply. Could you please give me another advise.

  Hi,

  Sorry for the misunderstanding. 

  I apologize for this inconvenience. This is a bug and our devs are already working on this issue but we don't know exactly when it will be fixed. In the meantime, as a temporary solution, you can add the text manually not within dynamic content.

  it's been three day now. It's still not working.

  You have to agree, to have a ugly error like this on side from a client for that long is not acceptable. 

  Is there anything I can do?

  Unfortunately, we don't know exactly when this issue will be fixed, the team is still working on it. As a temporary solution, you can add the text manually not within dynamic content.

  I still have the same issue. News posts are supposed to be dynamic content. Could you please give me a solution.

  We have a solution available at our end. We hope to release a fix for this bug along with the next Brizy Cloud update. Please give us some more time to make the fix available to you.
