My account has been noticed to upgrade plan. What are legacy plan and new upgrade plans ?

I've been noticed to upgrade but I dont know what are the upgrade

what's the difference between legacy and new plans?

What If I don't want to upgrade ?

  Hi Tirakarn,

  This generic notification for legacy plan users is about computation of upgrade prices if a user wants to switch from a legacy plan to one of our existing plans (available at brizy.io). For instance, legacy Personal plan user may want to upgrade to existing Freelancer or Agency plan.

  You are currently subscribed to Brizy PRO Lifetime and Brizy Studio plans. For you, switching to a current plan would be a downgrade. Please disregard this message as it is irrelevant to you.

  OK! but how do we make payment to stay in the legacy plan.

  Hi Gokul,

  Please add a valid payment method by December 24, 2024, the next bill date, to ensure a smooth automatic renewal. In order to update  your Payment Method,

  • Sign in to you brizy.io account
  • Navigate to the invoice list by scrolling down under Account - Payments
  • To update your payment method, use the 'Update' option next to your most recent invoice.

  I did add a card via Paypal but the renewal has not been done so far. Can you please check if there's any manual way to do this. As I don't want to loose my subscription

  Hi Gokul,

  Your Brizy PRO Personal plan subscription was renewed on Dec 27, 2023. Our records show that the payment was processed successfully.
