    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Canceling and refunding the plan can be done only manually by our team. When you made a cancel request, you only received a notification that you made a request, but you didn't cancel the subscription.
    In order to receive a refund or a cancelation for the plan you need to write to us.

    Now the subscription to Brizy Plan is canceled and the refund has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 3-5 working days (depending on your bank).
