How to add this CSS editor code? floating cart

When I use SpreadSimple to enter here, the floating shopping cart will not be fixed. It seems to be caused by code optimization. The original URL and I don’t do this in Wordpress. Is there any way to make it work on both the website and the mobile version? Can fixed floating cart?

  To resolve this, I recommend removing the current embed code. Instead, please return to the original source and ensure that you copy the embed code exactly as it is provided.
