ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Hello,

I have this domain with this problem since 1 week. I deleted the custom domain and added it again, waited 1 hour and the problem persists. My domain is registered with IONOS.

Please let me know what additional information is needed to fix it.

  Hi,

  Please delete the AAAA record from the DNS settings, see here 

  Then, please login to Brizy Cloud Dashboard and please delete your Custom Domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for your SSL to be restored.  See here : https://jumpshare.com/v/87WUJxMdoCYym84YU7bP
