Confused about licencing :)
Hey Brizy team,
just a quick question. I wanted to create a popup and display it only on one page (not the whole website). I am only able to choose a trigger but not a display condition in Brizy Cloud.
I found out, that this feature is only available for Pro users. So far, so understandable.
My question: Shouldn't I be able to set display conditions for popups, since I have a Pro lifetime membership?
Thanks a lot for clarifying,
Chris

Hi,
You have the Brizy PRO lifetime plan - with this plan you have all the pro options included and you can set the display condition for the popup.

Hi Nelea and thanks for the quick reply.
That's what I thought, too. But unfortunately there is only the possibility to choose a trigger – not a display condition.
(I watched one of your videos and the display conditions should be in the place where with my account there is only an empty space.)
To make it clear, here is a screenshot of your video:
And here is what I get to see in brizy cloud popup builder (see the missing conditions button?):

Maybe I missed something here (or the UI has changed)?
Thanks a lot

Hi,
In Brizy Cloud builder there are 2 types of popups: internal and external. Internal popup you can add it from your project, and you can set up the condition, please see here. Also, please see this video too:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VcSgUcmQq0
The external popup you can add it from the dashboard and they don't have Conditions, see this video.
Best regards,Nelea.

Oh my ... Now I see!
Thanks for clarifying! I've been a brizy user for quite a while now, but I had never experimented with the popup so I confused the internal and external options.
Thanks again,
Chris0
