Contact Form Sending Multiple Emails

Hey guys, 

When users are submitting application forms from my charity site helpmelearnafrica.org, we are recieving duplicates and sometimes triplicates of the same form.

Please let me know how to fix

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We kindly request you to attempt duplicating the form. 

  

  After doing so, reconfigure the duplicated form, making sure that only one email service is selected and correctly configured.

  

  Please try these steps and observe if they resolve the issue.
