Issue with Server Sync and Image Loss on My Hosting
Recently, I decided to switch to other hosting service and utilize the Server Sync feature to keep my websites up-to-date effortlessly. However, since the migration, I have encountered an issue with missing images on several of the synchronized sites. Unfortunately, some images seem to have been lost during the synchronization process.
I followed all the necessary steps provided by your documentation to set up the Server Sync, and initially, it seemed to work as expected. The changes I made on my local system were reflected on the server instantly. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that certain images are not displaying on the synchronized websites, which is causing a significant inconvenience to my users.
Despite this, the issue persists. I suspect there might be a problem with the synchronization process itself, leading to image loss during the transfer.
To address this problem promptly, I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and provide any insights into why the images are not syncing correctly. Additionally, if there are any specific configurations or settings that could improve the synchronization process, please let me know.
As my websites rely heavily on visual content, resolving this issue is of utmost importance to ensure a seamless user experience. I value your hosting service and have been pleased with the overall performance so far, but this problem is hindering the full potential of Server Sync for my needs.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving the image loss issue with the Server Sync feature.

Hi Victor,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To address the issue you are facing, I recommend attempting the following steps:
1. Delete the "cache" and "var" subdirectories on your server - https://i.imgur.com/iYTquiI.png
To accomplish this, you will need access to FTP or File Manager in your hosting panel.2. After deleting the above directories in your server, kindly proceed to your Brizy Cloud pages and republish them.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
