    Hi Victor,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To address the issue you are facing, I recommend attempting the following steps:

    1. Delete the "cache" and "var" subdirectories on your server - https://i.imgur.com/iYTquiI.png
    To accomplish this, you will need access to FTP or File Manager in your hosting panel.

    2. After deleting the above directories in your server, kindly proceed to your Brizy Cloud pages and republish them.
