Upgraded wrong Brizy Cloud workspace?
Hi, a client has upgraded to Personal Cloud, but I'm still unable to publish their site to the custom domain. It looks like he has upgraded using a different email address to the one the account was set up with. I tried to invite him to the workspace with that other email address, but his membership still says pending though he has tried to accept it. Can somebody please assist? Is it possible to transfer his upgrade to the correct account/wprkspace so that the website can be published to his custom domain? Please DM me.

Hi,
You cannot publish a website using the custom domain if the project of your client is in a Free account that doesn't have publishing options.
If you need to transfer a plan from one account to another account please indicate both emails and we will change the plan to the correct account.

You can write a private email to our support team here: support@brizy.io, this email is also posted on the brizy.io website too, see here.
Also, you can write here the actual email address of the Brizy account and the one you want to change to and I will not post this information on the forum. After we will change the email, I will delete all the information. Please choose what option is better for you.
