transfer domain

Hello 
I want to transfer my domain upstock.me to another server

To do so the support of the destination server asks me this

• Unlock the domain at your current registrar
• Obtain domain authorization or EPP code from your current registrar
• Make sure privacy protection is turned off

Can you help me with this?

  To obtain the EPP code for transferring your domain to a new registrar, in your IONOS account, select  Renewals and Transfers for your domain

  

  In the page that follows, you can obtain the Authorization Code
