Refund request and subscription cancellation

The business ended last January, so we don't need a website.
So I filed for cancellation in January.
But it was not canceled and the payment was made again.
What the hell is going on here?

Please refund and cancel.

  The subscription to Brizy Plan is now canceled and the refund has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 3-5 working days (depending on your bank).
