Font New Sun Playful diacritics not showing correctly
Dear Brizy team,
in my project https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/17055543/editor/page/3310904 I experience strange behaviour of the font when it comes to diacritics. The font used is New Sun Playful, but unfortunately the diacritics is not showing up correctly. Letters with diacritics are shown in some other generic font. It is important to mention that this is the font that supports desired diacritics. In other programs like MS Word, Canva, etc it show correctly. I can´t change the font to other as the whole project (including physical book) is already printed out in this font and the appearance must be the same everywhere.
Would you kindly advice on the solution?

Is it possible that the font you are using does not support diacritic marks? Have you uploaded the font you are using in Brizy Cloud also to Canva as a Brand Font? Does it support diacritic marks in Canva?
If you downloaded a free version of the font, please consider purchasing a paid version from a reputable font seller.

Hi George,
yes, I uploaded the same font to Canva as a brand font and it works, see below. It is the same version as in Brizy Cloud, therefor there should be no difference.

Have you tried copying texts with diacritic marks in Canva and pasting in Brizy?

Yes, I tried. It doesnt work either. I now uploaded the font from different file, still no luck...

Do the websites you have downloaded the font from allow you to see a preview of the font? If they do, please try pasting a text with diacritic marks and check if the marks are visible in preview. Please see this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/z6Xd5H0q
