Request to refund brizy pro studio renewal

I would like to request a refund for a renewal of brizy pro studio that i forgot to set the setting to not be renewed. Here is the paypal transaction 86X39497RV443231D. I am no longer using this that is why i no longer want to renew this anymore. Hope you can refund it. Thank you.

  I understand. I already have the previous wordpress LTD. As i understand it, it will not affect my previous LTD as it is seperate offer. I am no longer using the cloud so I am ok to part with it.
