Hi, I already have a WP pro lifetime, but it seems to charge me to have another pro version again.

This is my Receipt # 30810591-33167452

Please cancel and send me a refund.

  Hi Erin,

  The Brizy PRO Lifetime (for WordPress) subscription you purchased included two years of unlimited custom domains with Brizy Cloud. Then you paid for the Studio plan in Nov 2021 which extended your unlimited access to Brizy Cloud for a year. 

  Your Studio plan was renewed today, allowing you to continue publishing unlimited Brizy Cloud websites with custom domains for another year. If you cancel the Studio subscription and receive a refund, you can use the App Sumo offer you purchased to publish just three custom domains with Brizy Cloud. Could you kindly confirm if this is what you are looking for?

  Oh I see, That's fine then. I will keep the cloud unlimited version.

  Hi Erin,

  The Brizy PRO Lifetime is the original subscription plan you bought. When you bought the Brizy Studio plan in Nov 2021, it added two privileges to you

  • Unlimited WordPress licenses (Brizy Pro Studio) 
  • Unlimited custom domains with Brizy Cloud (Brizy Cloud Studio)

  Now you have unlimited WordPress licenses from your Brizy Pro Lifetime plan as well as from the Brizy Studio plan.
