Can't subscribe to Pro; payment forms locked

I tried to purchase the $60 personal tier of Brizy, only to be stopped by my bank. I'm in the US and they like to give me problems with international purchases. I cleared the purchase with them only to return to the invoice/payment screen where the email, Name on Card, and Billing Address parts of the form were locked. I can enter my card numbers, just not the name and address associated with them. Ditto for the address portion of the PayPal payment tab. My billing details are saved to my account, but won't load in the invoice screen. How do I give you my money?
