cancel subscriptions
I would like to cancel one of my subscriptions, Brizy PRO Personal, as I now have a new one, Freelancer. How can I do this? I noticed that you were about to charge my card, so I want to prevent it.

Hi Mateusz,
Your Brizy Pro Personal subscription has already been cancelled and is set to expire on July 29. We made a mistake and accidentally cancelled your Freelancer plan as well. This plan is currently set to expire on March 31, 2024. We apologize for this mistake.
Please inform us when your existing subscription is due to expire, and we will email you a payment link. You can subscribe to the same plan with the same benefits at the same price by using the payment link. You will not get a reminder from Paddle when the subscription is about to expires; please set a reminder to subscribe to a new plan towards the end of March 2024.

today my card was charged $49 for brizy personal pro, and as I wrote earlier, I wanted to cancel it because I use a freelancer. please refund me now for this transaction. So should I contact you next year for a link to auto pay? Can't you set it up yourself?

Hi Mateusz,
You've had two Brizy Pro Personal subscriptions. One was cancelled earlier, and we have now cancelled the second one and reimbursed the $49. The reimbursement date can be found in your brizy.io account under Account - Payments. In 7-10 business days, this amount should be credited to your payment method.
Since we accidentally canceled your Freelancer plan, your current Freelancer plan will expire on March 31, 2024, and you do not currently have any active subscriptions. As a result, instead of renewing a current subscription, you will purchase a new subscription with the same benefits (through the customized payment link). Hence we are unable to setup this payment on our side.
