Template not recovering after reloading

Hello! Save the template to a file. Before that, I also made several saves. After a while I restore it, I see that the number of files has increased since I worked on it. But when restoring, only a very early copy is visible. There aren't any changes. What can be done? Thank you!

  Thank you for contacting us.

  It seems like you were in the process of downloading layouts and saving them for potential future use. When you modify a page and save it as a layout or template, a new copy of that layout or block is generated, as shown in this screenshot - https://imgur.com/ukrmMlR.png
  You might have accidentally selected an earlier saved layout that didn't include the recent changes you made. To avoid this, please ensure that after modifying any layout or block, you go into your saved blocks or layouts and delete any older versions.
