Sporadic loss of block carousel content

I have a site that only sporadically, and only on some devices, drops the carousel content designed in the block. It is not experienced universally. George has looked at this before, and at that point, it was associated with a particular spam-blocking plugin. That plugin is not activated on this site. The first image shows how it looks correctly on my laptop...

These two images shows how it misbehaves on my own Smartphone...

   We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?
