    Hi Gera,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please try deleting the “cache” and “var” subdirectories on your server? - https://imgur.com/3uB1etf.png
You can do this by connecting to your server with FTP or your File Manager in your hosting panel. After this, update the page in editor mode and check again the preview if your changes are reflected in the page.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Gera,

    Thank you for the update.

I will escalate this issue to one of our senior support colleagues for further investigation. However, if this matter is urgent, and you need a quick solution, I recommend considering the option of using the HTML export instead.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Gera,

To further investigate the issue, it would be helpful if you could grant us temporary access to the FTP of your server. This will enable us to directly inspect the files and identify any potential issues.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.
