    Hi David,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I see that you have already a Brizy Cloud Personal Plan, if you need to work in Brizy Wodpress then yes you should buy a new plan for Brizy Worpress too. Here, you can see the price and the difference between the Brizy WordPress plan and the Brizy Cloud plans.

You cannot downland a website from Brizy Cloud or vice-versa but you can save the entire page and then sync it to the Brizy Cloud or vice-versa (from Cloud to WordPress). For this, you have the Save the entire page. This option you can find here. After this, the saved page (layout) you would be able to see here. After this, on the sync, the saved layouts, as well as saved blocks, will be synced to the Cloud (or WordPress)

For more details about this option, you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iid5ZagYpuE

    Best regards,

    Nelea.

    Hi Nelea

I have a Brizy WP account. At least I did about ten minutes ago. I have had an email saying it's been cancelled, when in fact all I had done was click upgrade to cloud personal. I don't know why you have cancelled my WP account?

I have both the WP account which I had paid for - for the year, and have upgraded to the cloud option. Having upgraded I still cannot see the export html option.

After doing this, I have seen a sentence on the export html help page which is written as such:

"Important: You can use this publishing option with the Brizy Cloud Agency PRO plan  and host your project on your server."

Perhaps this is just poor use of the English language.

Do you mean. "Important: You can ONLY use this..... ?

I have issues with saving brizy templates on my native wordpress as I operate in an enterprise business with strict server controls. This means I get lots of firewall access denied messages when saving the Brizy templates in WP. So to carry on my work I began building in cloud. I hope that I can then export that work in html and upload it into WP brizy.

That is why I asked my question.

I didn't really need to have to explain the question.

    Hi,

You have canceled the recurring Brizy Worpress Plan yesterday. Today you have purchased Brizy Cloud Agency Plan and Brizy Cloud Personal Plan. You can check all the plans that you have in the Brizy dashboard  For this you have to enter your Brizy Account and go to Dashboard, see here.

Also, in the Brizy Agency Cloua Plan, you have the export HTML included. For more information about the HTML option please see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_c6wPZalEY   See this article too.

As I said, you cannot export the WordPress website to  Brizy Cloud, you need to save the layout and import them. For more details about this option, you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iid5ZagYpuE

    Best regards,

    Nelea.
