Brizy Pro installation

Hi, tried to install brizy pro and received fatal error. My site is done on Wordpress 6.1, php version 8.1, memory limits 512 M. Theme that I used is Kava or Turiztico. kind of error is the following:

  As a precaution, please make a full backup of your website.

  Meanwhile, kindly attempt to deactivate all other plugins (except Brizy free version) before installing Brizy Pro to observe if there is any difference.

  We apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing with this issue. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to log in to your site using the new credentials. Despite attempting to submit a password recovery, we did not receive the password reset email. To further investigate this issue, we kindly request that you reactivate the user account.
