    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you, please, check if you are using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.15 and Brizy Pro 2.4.14?   Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro) and check if the problem still occurs? To identify which plugin is faulty, reactivate them one by one until the error reoccurs. The active theme can also trigger the error of WordPress images not displaying. Please download a different theme, such as “Twenty Twenty” and check again the issue. 

    If after all those steps you will have the same issue please send the URL of your website.

    We are currently using Brizy cloud Version 2.0.46 & not using any external plugins for Brizy cloud. We have not used wordpress image for this block, we used a video. i cant able to attach video in this submit only images. I have attached a url of this page so i think it will be more useful for your reference. Kindly look into it and suggest your thoughts.fg

    I have checked your website in the mobile version and the spacing issue dint not appear, please see this video. Did you made some changes to the site?

    Could you recheck with this URL: https://yonv2.brizy.site/bldc-fans-dup , The previous url has been redirected to homepage somehow &  homepage does not have hamburger menu, only the above url contains it.

    Hi Praveen,

    Brizy has two menu elements; one for the Free and the other for the Pro version. You seem to be using the menu element associated with the Brizy Free version at https://yonv2.brizy.site/bldc-fans-dup. Can you remove the menu element on this page and add it again when signed in to your Pro account?

    If this does not help, please get back to us, we will take a look at your project.
